The green light of the City Council of 28 May last will enable works to be launched on Värta Pier next September : over 1 km of quay and a 67 000m² extension, a passenger terminal dedicated to passenger activities. But it will also be a new district being drawn up since the port is also liberating land for housing, public and recreational spaces.
